allow Dexy to store responses from APIs

When posting to an API, the API will often return an identifier for a newly created resource. Dexy needs to be able to store this information somewhere so that, for example, future calls to dexy will modify this existing resource rather than creating a new one each time.

For now, put a reference to a separate json file in the .dexy config, and allow dexy to modify the contents of this separate file. This is safe, transparent, straightforward to implement.
